1. Prerequisites
You are the first owner (subject to the owner's information on the new car purchase invoice), and your Skywell BE11 car is a non-operating vehicle (subject to the nature of the motor vehicle license column).
2. Scope of Services
Meet the prerequisites of the implementation rules of this lifetime warranty, you will enjoy the following lifetime warranty services:
1) Power battery lifetime warranty period: The lifetime warranty period described in the power battery lifetime warranty implementation rules refers to the power battery warranty specified in the "Warranty Maintenance Manual" of Skywell BE11 during the life cycle of your Skywell BE11 vehicle The remaining life cycle after the expiration of the period ("Lifetime Warranty Period").
2) Power battery lifetime warranty service: The lifetime warranty service described in the power battery lifetime warranty implementation rules means that, unless otherwise stipulated in this lifetime warranty implementation rules, during the lifetime warranty period, the American car owner on the day is within the territory of the People’s Republic of China (not If the BE11 purchased and used by Skywell BE11 (including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region) fails due to quality problems ("quality problems" refer to product design, manufacturing or raw material defects), Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. The terms and conditions of the power battery lifetime warranty implementation rules assume free maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts and components.
(a) You agree that while Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. provides the power battery lifetime warranty service for Skywell BE11, the power battery parts replaced by Skywell BE11 shall belong to Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd.;
(b) When the power battery fails due to quality problems or the power battery capacity decays to meet the national standard (GB/T 31484-2015) for the standard cycle life, after the inspection and verification by Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. will provide you with free maintenance, repair and spare parts replacement services.
3) Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. can ask you to provide the purchase invoice and driving certificate of Skywell BE11 when you accept the life-time warranty service of the power battery. If you refuse or are unable to provide the aforementioned information, Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. reserves the right to temporarily not provide life-long warranty services for power batteries.
3. Exclusions
Failure or joint damage caused by the following circumstances will not be eligible for lifetime warranty service:
1) Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, during the lifetime warranty period of power batteries, the scope of lifetime warranty services does not include any of the following:
(a) The endurance of Skywell BE11 power battery is attenuated due to normal aging;
(b) Normal wear and tear of Skywell BE11 power battery or its parts;
(c) You have been informed in writing by Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. that the Skywell BE11 has a power battery quality problem before the completion of the delivery of the Skywell BE11, and you agree in writing to exempt Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. from assuming the life-time warranty service obligation for the power battery of the Skywell BE11 of.
2) Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, during the lifetime warranty period of power batteries, Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. will not provide lifetime warranty services for related damages or malfunctions of Skywell BE11 power batteries if the following circumstances exist:
(a) Skywell BE11 is used for special use conditions or purposes, such as rental or other operational purposes, competitions, performance entertainment, trials, military operations, expropriation, etc.;
(b) Without the legal and valid authorization of Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd., Skywell BE11 was modified, adjusted, and disassembled without authorization, causing damage to Skywell BE11;
(c) After the Skywell BE11 power battery fails, the Skywell BE11 is improperly disposed of or is not used in accordance with the requirements of Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. or the "User Manual" related to the Skywell BE11, and thus the Skywell BE11 power battery is damaged. ；
(d) Failure to properly clean, maintain, store, use and repair the power battery of Skywell BE11 according to the "User Manual" and "Warranty Maintenance Manual" related to Skywell BE11;
(e) Damage to Skywell BE11 power battery caused by force majeure, including but not limited to hail, gravel, gravel, industrial smoke/dust, flood, storm, lightning, radioactive dust, gum, earthquake, sea water, acid rain, chemical in the atmosphere Damage caused by gas or other chemicals, corrosive substances, etc.;
(f) Damage to Skywell BE11 power battery caused by man-made or accidental collision, flooding, etc.
4. Termination
In the event of any of the following situations, Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. will no longer provide the lifetime warranty service specified in this power battery lifetime warranty implementation rules:
1) If Skywell BE11 has a change of ownership during the lifetime warranty period, the lifetime warranty service of the power battery of the Skywell BE11 will be terminated on the day the registration of the ownership change of the motor vehicle is completed; and if the ownership of the Skywell BE11 changes during the power battery warranty period, Then the Skywell BE11 will not be able to enjoy the lifetime warranty service of the power battery.
2) If the Skywell BE11 mileage exceeds 30,000 kilometers in one year, the lifetime warranty service of the Skywell BE11 power battery will be terminated on the day when the mileage exceeds 30,000 kilometers within a year; and if the Skywell BE11 is within the power battery warranty period. If the mileage exceeds 30,000 kilometers during the year, the Skywell BE11 will not be entitled to the lifetime warranty service of the power battery.
3) During the lifetime warranty of the power battery, Skywell BE11 must be maintained at the Skywell Service Center in accordance with the maintenance cycle and regular maintenance items specified in the "Warranty Maintenance Manual" related to Skywell BE11, otherwise the Skywell BE11 power battery lifetime warranty service It will be terminated on the day when you first violate the maintenance cycle or regular maintenance items in the "Warranty and Maintenance Manual" related to Skywell BE11; and if Skywell BE11 violates the "Warranty and Maintenance Manual" related to Skywell BE11 during the whole vehicle warranty period If the maintenance period or regular maintenance items are stipulated in the regulations, the Skywell BE11 will not be entitled to the lifetime warranty service of the power battery.
4) During the lifetime warranty period of the power battery, if the power battery is injured by an accident of Skywell BE11, and the main components of the power battery must be replaced by Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. reasonable judgment, the lifetime warranty service of the power battery of the Skywell BE11 will be Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. reasonably judges that the aforementioned power battery must be replaced on the same day; and if Skywell BE11 accidentally damages the power battery during the vehicle warranty period, and Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. reasonably judges that the power battery must be replaced For components, the Skywell BE11 will not be entitled to the lifetime warranty service of the power battery.
5) Laws and regulations, "Skywell Automobile Service Rights Notice" or other circumstances under which the lifetime warranty service should be terminated as stipulated in the power battery lifetime warranty implementation rules.
5. Other agreements
The implementation rules for the lifetime warranty service of power battery will be effective immediately after the delivery of BE11 to you. If there are any issues that are not covered in the implementation rules of the essential warranty service, Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. will deal with it by referring to the relevant "User Manual", "Warranty and Maintenance Manual" or laws and regulations related to Skywell BE11. If there are any updates to the implementation rules of the warranty service, the latest version updated and released by Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. from time to time shall prevail.
